We aim to deliver within 2 working days for most UK orders. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 3 working days due to courier delays.

2. Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with courier information.

3. How do I change my delivery address?

Contact us immediately through Live Chat or email. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update it for you. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

4. What if I miss my delivery?

Couriers usually leave a card or email allowing you to:

  • Rearrange delivery
  • Collect from a depot or parcel shop

Refunds are issued within 3–7 working days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
