All products purchased from ValueDock are covered by a 30-Day Store Guarantee.

This covers:

If your item is faulty within 30 days of delivery, you may qualify for a:

  • Refund

🧾 2. Proof of Purchase Required

To process any warranty claim, we require:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase (email receipt)
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Without proof of purchase, we cannot verify or process warranty requests.

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

📮 6. Returning a Faulty Item

Return shipping:

  • If the issue is not covered by warranty → buyer pays return postage

Approved returns must be sent to the address we provide after verification.


🚫 7. Warranty May Be Declined If:

  • Item shows signs of misuse or deliberate damage
  • Serial number (if applicable) is removed or altered
  • Return is made without approval
  • No evidence is provided to support the claim
  • Item is over 30 days old and not covered under extended manufacturer warranty
